How to cancel a trip as driver

To cancel your trip as a driver, go to the Trips section in our app or website, select the trip you’d like to cancel, and in the top right of the screen, select Settings > Cancel trip.

Important notes about cancelling a trip:

  • You can only cancel your trip before it departs. After the departure time, cancelling your trip is no longer possible.

  • If your trip has no booked and confirmed passengers, you can cancel it with no consequences.

  • If your trip has confirmed passengers, please remember that cancelling it could leave them stranded, so our Driver Cancellation Policy applies.
