To cancel your trip as a driver, go to the Trips section in our app or website, select the trip you’d like to cancel, and in the top right of the screen, select Settings > Cancel trip.
Important notes about cancelling a trip:
You can only cancel your trip before it departs. After the departure time, cancelling your trip is no longer possible.
If your trip has no booked and confirmed passengers, you can cancel it with no consequences.
If your trip has confirmed passengers, please remember that cancelling it could leave them stranded, so our Driver Cancellation Policy applies.
