How to cancel a passenger’s booking on your trip
How to cancel a passenger’s booking on your trip

If you need to cancel an individual passenger's booking without cancelling the entire trip, you can:

  1. Navigate to the screen showing the details for the individual passenger.

  2. Select their booking and then select Cancel booking.

  3. Follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation.

Important notes:

  • If you cancel a confirmed booking, the passenger will be refunded immediately.

Our Driver Cancellation Policy will apply, so make sure you are familiar with it before cancelling.
