If you are a passenger and need to cancel a booking, our passenger cancellation policy applies to the following situations:
You withdraw a booking request or it expires
- You get a 100% refund
- The booking fee is also refunded

You cancel a booking less than 24 hours before departure
- You get a 50% refund (minus the booking fee)
- The driver gets 50% of the seat price as compensation
- An automatic "late cancellation" review is added to your profile.
Note: if the driver subsequently cancels the trip, you will receive another refund for the remaining 50% (without the booking fee).

If I cancel my trip more than 24 hours before, do I get my promo code back?
Hi Janelle!
If your booking is not approved by the driver, or the driver cancels your booking after approving, you will be able to use the promo code on another booking.
If a passenger cancels their booking, late or otherwise, the promo code will not be able to be used again.

I set the time for the response to my message, to past 11PM tonight. I regret doing that now, because if no reply happens by then, I'll have to scramble to find a ride for tomorrow morning. Is there a way to extend or decrease the response time? I didn't know that not them not responding would cancel my ride...
Hi Derek, you can withdraw your booking at no charge and request to book again, and change the allotted time to get a response.
