Important: Cancellation policy
Poparide has a cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both passengers and drivers. Review the Passenger Cancellation Policy to understand the conditions before cancelling your booking as a passenger.

1. Go to your trip

Open the Poparide app or website and navigate to the trip you‘ve booked on from the Trips page.

2. Go to the booking settings

Tap on the banner below the trip details (e.g., "Booking requested" or "Booking approved") to access the booking settings.

3. Cancel or withdraw the booking

Scroll down the screen and select Withdraw booking or Cancel booking, depending on your situation. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

What happens after you cancel?

  • Refund eligibility: Depending on the timing of your cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund as a passenger. Check our Passenger Cancellation Policy for details on how much you can get back based on how far in advance you cancel.

  • Notify the driver: When you cancel, the driver will be automatically notified, so you don’t need to message them directly.
