Once your trip is posted, you’ll start receiving bookings from passengers. Here’s how the different booking options work:

If you select the Request to book option, you’ll manually approve or decline each booking request. This gives you more control over who joins your trip. More info

If you choose the Instant book option, passenger bookings will be automatically approved, making the process quicker and more convenient. More info

If a passenger makes a mistake, they can book again on your trip as long as there are available seats.

If you decide to cancel a passenger's booking that has already been approved, our Driver Cancellation Policy applies.
