Multiple or duplicate accounts can happen if you:
Sign in with Facebook or Google after initially creating an account with the same email address using email and password.
Sign in with an email and password after first signing up using Facebook or Google, and both use the same email address.
How to close a duplicate account
Go to our app or website and log in with the account you don’t want to keep.
In Account Settings, select Close account to delete the duplicate.
Log in again using the account you want to keep.
