The most common reason for not receiving payouts to a bank account is because the bank details were entered incorrectly, so we always recommend double-checking those first.
If your bank account details are incorrect:
Create a new payout method, enter your correct bank account details, and double-check them carefully.
Mark this new bank account as your “default” in Poparide.
Delete the old, incorrect bank account to avoid future issues.
A new payout will automatically be sent to your new bank account the next day.

You've reached $2,000 in payouts
Once your total payouts exceed $2,000, our payment provider, Stripe, requires additional verification to continue sending payments. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. You can complete the Stripe verification process through Poparide by going to your Account > Payout settings and following the instructions.
Stripe needs to verify your account
⚠️ New requirement: Stripe may ask for the date that you joined Poparide, which you can find in our app by navigating to Account > Profile next to your profile picture. Note that we only provide the month and year that you joined, and Stripe may require the exact day, so we recommend inserting the first day of the month, e.g. November 1, 2024
Our third-party provider, Stripe, might flag your bank account for security reasons or to prevent fraud. Additional verification may be required to unblock your account.
You can complete the Stripe verification process through Poparide by going to your Account > Payout settings and following the instructions.
