Problems with payouts to your bank account

The most common reason for not receiving payouts to a bank account is because the bank details were entered incorrectly, so we always recommend double-checking those first.

If your bank account details are incorrect:

  • Create a new payout method, enter your correct bank account details, and double-check them carefully.

  • Mark this new bank account as your “default” in Poparide.

  • Delete the old, incorrect bank account to avoid future issues.

  • A new payout will automatically be sent to your new bank account the next day.

Stripe needs to verify your bank account

Our third-party provider, Stripe, might require additional information to verify your bank account and send you payouts.
