If you haven’t received your payout yet, it’s likely because we hold payments for 4 days after a trip for fraud prevention and to allow for possible disputes around bookings and no-shows.
How to check your payout status
You can track the status of your payouts by going to Settings > Payouts in our app or website.
Why do I have to wait for my payouts?
After completing a trip, we hold payments from passenger bookings for 4 working days. This allows us time to:
Resolve any disputes
Issue refunds if needed
Prevent fraud
After 4 days, your payout is processed and sent (around 6pm Pacific Time).
When will the funds appear?
Bank account payouts: It can take 1-8 working days for your bank to deposit the funds.
PayPal payouts: The funds should appear within 2 days in your PayPal account after we send the payout.
