What to do if you haven’t received a payout yet

If you haven’t received your payout yet, don’t worry — there are a few common reasons why it might be delayed.

Timing: When payouts are sent

After you complete a trip on Poparide, we hold payments for 4 working days to:

  • Resolve any potential disputes or refund requests

  • Issue refunds if needed

  • Help prevent fraud

Once the 4-day clearing period ends, we send your payout around 6 PM Pacific Time. After the payout is sent, it can take:

  • Bank account payouts: 1–8 working days to appear on your bank statement

  • PayPal payouts: Up to 2 working days to appear in your PayPal account

👉 You can track the status of your payouts anytime by going to Settings > Payouts in our app or on our website.

Is your bank account verified with Stripe?

If you're using a bank account, it needs to be verified with Stripe — otherwise, we won’t be able to send your payout.

Is your payout still clearing?

If your trip ended less than four working days ago, your payout is still in the clearing period.

There’s nothing you need to do, your payout will be processed automatically once the clearing time is up.

Is there a dispute or refund request?

If a passenger disputes a booking or submits a refund request, we might temporarily hold your payout while we review the situation.

We’ll notify you if this happens and guide you through the next steps.

Are there issues with your payout method?

Problems with your bank account or PayPal account can also cause delays.
