Drivers are encouraged to respond to booking requests as quickly as possible, but they may not always be available, especially if they’re on the road or away from their phone.
When you send a booking request, you choose how long you’re willing to wait for the driver to respond.
What can I do if the driver isn’t responding?
If you don’t hear back, here are a few ways to find a ride:
• Resend a booking request for the same ride (if seats are still available)
• Check the platform regularly, as new trips may be posted last-minute
• Post a ride request to let nearby drivers know you’re looking for a ride. Tap the + Post button and select “I need a ride”
If your booking request has not expired yet, you can also withdraw it at any time and receive a full refund.
Can Poparide confirm the booking for me?
Bookings can only be confirmed if the driver accepts your request. Poparide isn’t able to confirm bookings on behalf of drivers.
