Your booking request expired because the driver did not accept it within the time limit you selected.
When you request to book, you have the option to choose how long you’re willing to wait for the driver to confirm your booking. If the driver doesn't respond by the time limit, your booking will expire automatically.
Was I charged for an expired booking?
When you request to book, we perform an authorization on your card. If your booking expires because the driver didn’t respond to it, the authorization is released automatically.
Occasionally, some banks will show an authorization as an actual charge. In this case, you will see the charge refunded on your bank statement within 5-10 business days.
If the refund doesn't appear on your statement within 10 business days, please call your bank.
