How do I turn off notifications for new trips?

When you post a trip request, we’ll notify you whenever a new trip matches your request. If you want to stop receiving these notifications, follow these steps:

  • Delete your trip request: Go to your Trip request, select Request Settings, and choose Delete request. This will stop notifications for new trip matches related to that request.

In some cases, you might be receiving notifications because you opted into our Auto-requests feature at your account level. To turn this off:

  • Disable Auto-requests: Go to Account > Notifications and disable the Auto-request feature at the bottom of the screen.

These options will help you manage your notifications and only receive the alerts you want.
