How to manage notifications

Managing your notifications ensures that you stay up-to-date while only receiving the information that matters most to you. You can easily control how we notify you by going to Account > Notifications in the Poparide app or our website.

Mobile notifications

  • Push notifications: Sent to your phone when the Poparide app is installed.

  • SMS text messages: Sent as standard text messages to the phone number you’ve provided.

Tip: Keep mobile notifications enabled to receive real-time updates about new messages, trip matches, and bookings. Responding quickly helps maintain a good response rate and keeps your trips running smoothly.

Email notifications

  • Product emails: These include essential updates such as new messages, bookings, trip matches, and more.

  • Marketing emails: These include newsletters, product announcements, promotions, and more.

Tip: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails if you prefer fewer messages, but we recommend keeping product emails enabled to stay informed about your trips and account updates.
