When passengers pay online, drivers know their passengers are committed and have paid in advance, reducing the chance of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Handling cash can be a hassle—finding an ATM, dealing with exact change, and keeping track of payments are all avoided when everything is managed through our online system. Plus, passengers can book a seat in just a few clicks!

4. Refund protection

You can receive a refund if your driver cancels the trip or doesn’t show up. Similarly, drivers are protected from no-shows and will be compensated if a passenger doesn’t show up, so paying online helps build accountability in our community.
