At Poparide, your safety is our #1 priority. We have several measures in place to ensure all members have a secure and trustworthy experience. Our Support Team is available 7 days a week to respond to any safety inquiries and to monitor platform activity.
How we ensure your safety
All members are required to provide accurate information when joining Poparide, including their first and last name, a profile picture that clearly shows their face, a phone number, and a profile description.
Drivers must verify their driver’s license using a biometric check before driving people on Poparide. This guarantees they are fully authorized to drive and contributes to the safety of our community. More info

We have algorithms in place to detect spam, fraud, and suspicious activity.
Poparide enforces strict community guidelines and we have zero tolerance for abuse. We will suspend any members who do not comply with these rules.
Guidelines before booking with another member

If you feel unsafe during a trip
Drivers are expected to follow all road safety rules. It's OK to ask the driver to slow down or drive more cautiously if needed.
Passengers are expected to be respectful, courteous, and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you feel unsafe, you can refuse a passenger entry to your vehicle.
If you experience any unsafe behaviour, please report it to our team through the member’s profile or our support channels.
