How to respond to a booking request

Passengers appreciate a fast response so they can finalize their travel plans. When you receive a booking request, it’s important to respond promptly to let passengers know if they can travel with you by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the booking in our app or on the website.

  2. Select either Approve or Decline to respond to the request.

Notifications

You’ll receive a notification as soon as you get a booking request. We’ll also send reminders if you haven’t responded yet.

What happens if you don’t respond?

If you don’t respond to a booking request, it will eventually expire. This can negatively impact your response stats and quality score, so it’s best to respond quickly to a booking request, even if it’s to decline it.
