Poparide suspends accounts to maintain trust and safety in the community. Common reasons for suspension include:
Breaching our Community Agreement or Terms of Service.
Providing false information
Unresponsiveness to bookings
Requesting payment outside the platform
Misbehavior or abuse reports
Frequent last-minute cancellations
Warnings and reopening
Usually, you'll receive a warning before a suspension, allowing you to correct your behaviour and recommit to our Community Agreement and Terms of Service. However, accounts can be suspended without notice in severe cases like fraud.
To request for your account to be reopened, follow the instructions in the Poparide app and provide detailed information about your situation. It may take over two weeks for us to review your account and consider its reopening.
Note that we can’t guarantee that we will reopen your account if it’s been suspended.
Permanent account blocking
Repeated violations can lead to accounts being permanently blocked, which are final and irreversible.
