    Hi Chris, thanks for your sharing. It is to contact with the driver, isn't it?  I don't have any experience with this. I don't know how it works?

    Hope to read your experience next time if it is possible.

    Hi Chris,

    It's expected for drivers to respond to booking requests, and if they do not, they response rate on their profile gets affected, and if it gets too low, our team will reach out to the driver to inquire on what happened.

    Please note that if you would like a response sooner, you can specify that you'd like to receive a response within "x" hours of when you submit it. This feature is available during our booking process.

    Also, if you do not get a response right away, feel free to message the driver again to ping them about your booking, as sometimes drivers are busy!
