This may echo what others have said in the past, but I find (partly due to Poparide's app being so slick!) that quite a few people have too high expectations of the drivers offering rides.
I guess it's possible this is purely a human condition but too often passengers expect an Uber-like service. Often signing up for a ride and then making unrealistic requests, for instance, getting in the car in Whistler village and then wanting to be driven to their hotel to collect three suitcases of luggage. (Some hotels are now telling guests to use Poparide to save money over a proper transfer). I've also had people complain there wasn't enough space when they're being driven in the back of a brand new Mercedes C Class (with only two people in the back) while they're paying $14 to be driven door-to-door Whistler to Vancouver.
Perhaps some sort of infrequent reminder that this is essentially a hitchhiking app? And to manage their expectations accordingly?
