    I think it might be beneficial for the opportunity to provide documentation by uploading a picture in the event of a car problem or screenshot for weather related cancellations

    Hi Evan, we will be collecting more details from drivers once they have provided the reason for cancelling; we can easily collect screenshots/weather reports via our support email.

    A few other people have reached out to let us know that they were worried they would be penalized if they had to trips or bookings more than once every 6 months. I'd like to re-iterate that cancellations only count towards the cancellation allowance if the driver is at fault. If the driver is cancelling due to sickness, bad weather, a dead battery or other reasons that are beyond their control, the cancellation doesn't count towards their cancellation allowance.
