Hey community, one of our next challenges is to crack down on trip cancellations, to help increase reliability for passengers and accountability for drivers.
Here's a first draft of what we have in mind; our objective is to introduce a policy that is fairly strict so the expectations are set correctly. Behind the scenes we'll be able to adjust how trip cancellations are accounted for drivers, based on external factors (weather, sickness, etc).
One question we have internally is whether we should suggest some reasons why a driver is cancelling a trip or leave it free form as it is in the design below.
