I was a driver for Poparide on my first trip on Friday and enjoyed it. I would like to provide some feedback that could help the service. I made 2 trips this weekend and came across numerous passengers that tried to offer cash, shared an address and/or a phone number before I approved their booking.
A couple of passengers were annoyed with me as I didn't text them and had to explain that their message was flagged because of this issue. It would be great if passengers and/or drivers were warned before sending messages so there is no confusion. I understand POP's business model and that its important for you guys to ensure the trip is booked on this site.
I also add to the earlier post that sub-area pickup/dropoffs need to be figured out as its way too much back+forth messaging.
