We are required by Stripe, our online payment provider, to verify your ID once we have sent you more than $2,000 in payouts. This is a regulatory measure imposed on Stripe by the government to prevent fraud and money laundering.
To verify your ID, please send us a colour copy of the front and back of your driver's licence through our contact form.
Stripe's process
Once you exceed $2,000 in payouts, Stripe places a hold on your payouts and requests that we provide them with a colour copy of the front and back of your ID. Stripe will then verify your ID (it usually takes an hour) and payouts to your bank account will resume typically within 24 hours.

PayPal's process
We also allow Poparide members to receive payouts using PayPal. PayPal follows their own process which currently does not require ID verification.
