In most cases, payouts are not working because the bank details were entered incorrectly in our system.
To resolve this, simply enter a new bank account by taking care to double-check the details you enter. You'll need to mark this new bank account as "default" in Poparide and delete the old, incorrect bank account.
Your bank account might also be blocked for the following reasons:
You've reached $2,000 in payouts
Once you've received over $2,000 in payouts on Poparide, our payout provider Stripe requires additional information to verify your account and continue to send you payouts. This is to prevent fraud and money laundering.
In that case, please contact us and send us a colour photo of both the front and the back of your driver's license so we can verify your bank account.
Your bank account was flagged
In some cases, your bank account might get flagged by our payout provider for security reasons or to prevent fraud.
