You may not have received your payout yet because we withhold payments for 4 days after a trip as a fraud-prevention measure and to allow for cancellations.
You can view the status of your payouts under Settings > Payouts.
Why do I have to wait for my payouts?
When you complete a trip, we withhold payments from passenger bookings for 4 working days to allow time to resolve any possible disputes, issue refunds and prevent fraud.
After 4 working days, we proceed to send you a payout (which is sent around 6pm Pacific Time.)
- If you receive payouts in your bank account, it will take an additional 1-2 working days for your bank to deposit the funds.
- If you use PayPal, the payout should appear immediately.
