It's likely you haven't received your payout yet because we hold payments for 4 days after a trip has happened to allow for cancellations and as a fraud-prevention measure.
You can view the status of your payouts under Settings > Payouts.
Why do I have to wait to get my payouts?
When you complete a trip with bookings, we hold the payments from those bookings for 4 working days to resolve any possible disputes, issue refunds and prevent fraud.
After 4 working days, we proceed to sending you a payout (payouts are sent around 6pm PST).
- If you are receiving payouts in your bank account, it will take another 1-2 working days for your bank to deposit the funds.
- If you are using PayPal, the payout should appear immediately.
