If a driver cancels, you are eligible to receive a 100% refund (including the booking fee) in the following situations:
The driver has already cancelled through Poparide
If the driver cancelled the trip or your booking through Poparide, you will receive a notification of the cancellation and we will immediately proceed with a full refund on your card.
Please note that your money is immediately refunded on our end, however banks may take 5-10 business days to process refunds.
If you do not see the refund appear on your statement within 10 business days, please contact your bank.
The driver didn't cancel through Poparide
If the driver didn't cancel through Poparide and only sent you a message to tell you their trip was cancelled, you will need to ask the driver to cancel through Poparide to receive a full refund.
If the trip has already departed and the driver has not yet cancelled your booking, you will need to contact us within 4 days of the trip departure to raise a dispute and receive a refund.
