Before picking up passengers, we recommend:
- Adding your vehicle details to your trip, including a clear photo and your licence plate. You can add your vehicle on our website or mobile app by selecting Profile settings > Vehicles
- Ensuring your vehicle is clean and that you have enough space for everyone
- Sending the passengers a map of your exact pick-up location
- Leaving plenty of time and arriving 5 minutes early to the pickup point
You're running late
If you’re running late to the pickup location, please let the passengers know by sending them a message through our app or by text messaging. Please refrain from using your phone while driving.
You can’t find a passenger during pick-up
If you can't find a passenger at the pickup location, please do your best to contact them by following these steps.
Note: we may request screenshots of the conversation between you and the passenger if there is a booking dispute for a no-show.
