Why you might see a charge on your card
When you request to book on Poparide, we perform an authorization on your card and you are only charged if the driver approves your booking request.
Some banks might show a charge instead of an authorization. If that's the case, you will see a refund on your statement within 5-10 business days. This delay is imposed by your bank and not by Poparide, as all funds are refunded immediately on our end.
If you do not see the refund on your statement within 5-10 business days, please contact your bank.
