Time window to dispute booking
A driver or passenger have 4 days after a trip was scheduled to depart to dispute a booking.
If there has been no dispute from the driver or passenger within 4 days after the trip was scheduled to depart, the payout to the driver will proceed.
Tip: please contact us to dispute a booking as soon as possible.
What to include
To help us resolve a booking dispute, please provide as much information as possible to help us make a decision. Some of the information we may request you to provide includes:
- Screenshots of text messages exchanged between the passenger and the driver
- Screenshots of a call log between the passenger and the driver
