To verify your ID, go to Profile settings > ID verification on the Poparide website and upload a photo or scanned image of your ID.
What is ID verification?
Poparide offers an optional ID verification service to add another layer of trust and transparency to our community.
Verifying your ID will earn you a Verified green badge on your profile. Many passengers and drivers look for this badge when deciding whether or not to travel with someone.
Accepted documents
We only accept the following documents for ID verification:
- A valid driver's licence or
- A government-issued ID document with a photo (e.g. passport or national ID card for visitors from outside of Canada)
