Having duplicate accounts happens when:
- You sign in with Facebook or Google after initially signing up with an email and password that is associated with your Facebook or Google account
- You sign in with email and password after initially signing up with the same email address associated with your Facebook or Google account
To close a duplicate account, navigate to our website to sign in with the account you do not wish to keep, and manually close the account in Account Settings > Close.
After closing the duplicate account, log in again with the account you wish to keep.
Tip: link your Facebook or Google accounts on our website in your Account Settings > Social accounts.
