Driver profiles include extra information, on top of the information displayed in basic profiles.
A response rate indicates how responsive a driver is. It is represented as a percentage.
To be considered as having responded, a driver must:
- Respond to the first public message they received within 24 hours
- Approve or decline a Booking Request before it expires
Please note if the driver cancels their trip, any pending communications will be marked as "responded".
A response time indicates how quickly a driver responds. It is represented in hours and minutes.
Response rates are calculated by averaging the amount of time it takes a driver to respond to messages and Booking Requests. This is based on the most recent 2 months of interactions. If a member has less than 10 interactions within the most recent 2 month period, the period is extended to the most recent 6 months.
