We advise sharing only trip-relevant information in messages, such as pickup point and luggage details. Contacting other members outside our platform through services like Facebook messenger, WhatsApp or by SMS text message before booking is against our terms of service.
Please note that once a booking is approved, phone numbers are shared automatically between the driver and the passenger to facilitate communication during pick-up.
