We strongly discourage the carrying of any weapons on a trip to ensure the safety of other Poparide members and avoid making them feel uncomfortable.
What’s considered a weapon
Any mechanism that can be used to fire a projectile is considered a weapon. This includes, but is not limited to: standard firearms, airguns, ammunition of any kind, and imitation firearms.
Work tools such as hammers and chainsaws are not considered weapons but should be stored away properly to ensure everyone’s safety on the trip.
Exceptional circumstances
We realize that in exceptional circumstances, you might have to transport a weapon during a trip. In such cases, we ask you to follow these rules:
- You are complying with any local, federal and international laws and regulations that apply to the possession and transportation of a weapon
- It must be properly stored in your trunk
- It must be secured in a sturdy, non-transparent container
- It must be unloaded
We do not allow unsecured weapons on trips and violation of this rule could lead to your account closure.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us - we’d be happy to help.
