If you approved a passenger on a trip and they didn't show up, you can leave them a no-show. You can do this by going through the review process once the trip is complete and indicate a no-show.
Leaving a no-show on a passenger will result in the following action:
- We will contact the passenger to figure out what happened
If we confirm the no-show:
- You will receive 100% of the contribution from that passenger
- The passenger will receive an automatic review with a no-show which will be displayed on their profile
If we can’t confirm the no-show:
- We will reach out to you to find an alternative solution to the problem
