There’s no need to manually mark your trip as complete on Poparide! Once your trip finishes, the system will automatically mark it as completed and a payout will automatically be sent four working days after your trip. More info
Here are a few key things to note:
Trip visibility
Your trip will remain visible in your trip's view until the end of the same day. After that, it will move to the “Recent” section in the app and to the “Archive” section on our website.
Cancelling a trip after departure
It’s important to note that once the scheduled departure time has passed, trips can no longer be cancelled.
If you didn’t travel as planned, you can simply leave the trip as is; it will automatically move to your “Recent” section after the day ends.

Passenger didn’t show up
After your trip, you’ll have the option to mark any passenger as a no-show directly from the app.
