There’s no need to manually mark your trip as complete on Poparide! Once your trip finishes, the system will automatically mark it as completed and a payout will automatically be sent four working days after your trip. More info

Trip visibility
Your trip will remain visible in your trips view until the end of the same day. After that, it will move to the “Recent” section in the app and to the “Archive” section on our website

Cancelling a trip after departure
It’s important to note that you cannot cancel a trip after it has departed to issue a refund to passengers. If this situation arises, you’ll need to reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
Passenger didn’t show up
After your trip, you’ll have the option to mark any passenger as a no-show directly from the app.
Refund requests
If a passenger wants a refund, they can request it after the trip has departed through our platform.
